Now I want to explain two different widgets to insert new comments to your Blogger Blog. In this regard the first method is the old way to insert new comments to your Blogger Blog by the Blog feed widget and is still my chosen method. The limits are although that the maximum number of comments displayed is 7 and another Blog widget that can be included to Blogger Blog which will show up to 12 of the most new comments on your Blogger Blog. It shows the author's name and this can not be removed. If you are pleased with this and would like more comments show this is a nice widget. Now implement on the following procedures with carefully.

1. Login to www.blogger.com and go to Dashboard, Design, Page Elements and click on Add a Gadget in the sidebar.

2. Now select the “Feed” widget from the list of Basic Widgets then a popup dialog box will be appeared and then configuring the URL of your feed. Insert the following text into the box labelled URL Feed alternating the URL address of your Blog name e.g teachblogspot.blogspot.com for yourblogname and look following picture with carefully.

and with drag and drop to place the widget into the spot of your choice on the Blogger sidebar.

Problems and Troubleshooting

1. If you are using a feed delivery service like FeedBurner in this regard the default comments feed URL will be redirected by www.blogger.com. In this case you will need to go through the Feedburner address of the feed which is expected to be something like this:

http://feeds.feedburner.com/Comments/YourSiteName

How
Feedburner capitalizes your Blogger Blog name to see this check the exact address at Feedburner if you are not certain of the feed address. For more on burning your feed at Feedburner check out my articles:  Burn Blogger Feeds at Feedburner ,Function of Blogger RSS Feeds and Add FeedFlare to Blogger Feed.

2. Now login to
www.blogger.com and go to Dashboard, Design, Page Elements and click on “Add a Gadget” in the sidebar and then click on “ Most Popular” from the menu on the left hand side of the Add a Gadget window and select “New Comments” and after that change the number of comments to show according to your individual blog necessities. The Preview box will display what your widget will look like with less than 12 comments.

Finally click on the save to activate your Blog widget and click on view blog to look your New Comments Widget displayed and then use drag and drop in Design, Layout  to locate your widget as you want.
