How to add new posts Feed to Blogger

1. Open your account in www.blogger.com and then navigate to Layout,  Page Elements and click on Add a Gadget in the sidebar and choose the Feed widget. 

2. A popup dialog box will emerge demanding you to organize the URL of your feed. Go through the following text into the box:
 
http://yoursitename.blogspot.com/feeds/posts/default

Make sure to replace yoursitename for the name of your site or blog. 


 


 






3. If you have entered the address of your posts feed properly blog will recover your feed and show a preview in a dialog box. The feed will comprise links to the last five posts on your Blogger Blog. Delete the name of your Blogger Blog and type in Recent Posts in its place. Look at the following picture.

 


 












4. Click on “Save” button and then view blog to look your “New Posts feed” in action.

5. If you want to modify where it show in the sidebar this can be realized by returning to Layout  Page Elements and with the drag and drop quality to place the widget.

Problems and Troubleshooting
 
If you are with a feed delivery service like FeedBurner your default RSS feeds URL will be redirected by blogger.com. In this case you will need to enter the Feedburner address of the feed which is expected to be absurd like this:

http://feeds.feedburner.com/Your Site Name
